About ME
I’m Eloi Francis, a filmmaker and visual effects artist based in Tokyo with over 15 years of experience in CGI. Over the years, I’ve worked across lighting, compositing, FX, and character effects, with a strong focus today on Houdini based simulations smoke, water, destruction, cloth, hair, and fur. Most of my professional work is in feature films and games, where I bring technical precision and artistic detail together to support storytelling.
Outside of that, videography is a pure passion. I love creating music videos, short films, and personal projects that let me experiment with mood, rhythm, and atmosphere.
Whether working on large-scale productions or independent projects, my goal is always the same: to craft visuals that feel striking, immersive, and memorable.
I love collaborating with musicians, artists, and filmmakers on all kinds of video projects. Don’t worry about budget - if there’s passion, we can make it work. For me, it’s all about creativity and exciting ideas. If the project inspires us both, I’m always open to working out a deal.
